Web-based Resource Center: Counsel will have a customized web-based resource center through which you can view a world-wide calendar, schedule a deposition (or hearing, arbitration, interview, etc.), add/delete services scheduled, view transcripts, view exhibits, view video, search for key words and/or phrases from past transcripts, and create an expert witness bank for case work.

Deposition Management: Counsel can manage case work through a secure web-based resource center by being able to view any transcript, exhibit or video from past depositions, hearings, arbitrations, etc. This technology reduces the firm’s impact on the environment, reduces internal storage needs, and provides counsel one place to find what they are looking for.

Expert Witness Bank: If counsel has specific expert witnesses they use regularly for different types of litigation, you can create an expert witness bank for either individual experts or for case types.
