Computing security is implemented via best practices for operating system configuration. All computing devices are configured for access only by authorized, auditable administration staff operating under, and abiding by, the Huseby Confidentiality Policy.
All servers are protected by the latest virus and malware protection and maintained at the most recent viable security patch level and is overseen by a group of security professionals.
Storage security is implemented for all sensitive client files via strong encryption, with access control implemented.

From the time Huseby receives the request to the final transcript delivery - we make sure your transcripts are kept confidential and remain safe and secure.
If you have an audio file to transcribe, our team provides a secure link through Huseby FileShare to upload the file directly to Huseby. We then provide a secure web resource center to access your files any time, through any device.
