In-Person Depositions
For in-person depositions, we ensure the conference room is setup to your specifications prior to your arrival including any technology and social distancing. The conference room opens to you 30 minutes prior to scheduled start time.
If you have requested a videographer, we open the room up an hour before the scheduled start time. And, if you have any participants attending remotely, Huseby’s kick-off hosts will help make sure they are connected and that everyone’s audio and video are working properly.
Remote Depositions
We understand that not all clients are back taking depositions in-person, and we’ve worked over the last year to make sure you have the latest and greatest tools at your fingertips for your remote depositions.
On the day of your remote deposition, you can expect a welcome email sent from Huseby 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. The web conference room will be opened by a Huseby kick-off host at this time, as well, to ensure the court reporter and videographer (if requested) are all set and ready to go.
Your kick-off host is there to ensure everyone connects their audio and video successfully and they stick around until the witness is sworn in just in case someone needs assistance.
