This season of good cheer is an ideal time to connect with others and spend time fostering warm relationships and sharing positive experiences. In doing so, why not strengthen court reporting relationships by referring other court reporters? By building our court reporter community, you will be giving them a gift that could benefit them.
Each referral is a seed planted for future prosperity. You will not only advance the profession but receive $250 for each Court Reporter referred. Better yet – if you refer a new qualified client, you will receive up to $1,500! So, spread the holiday cheer!

The mission of the National Court Reporter Foundation (NCRF) is to advance the court reporting profession by providing needed assistance, grants, scholarships, and educational opportunities through philanthropic, educational, research, community outreach, and other charitable activities.

Another great organization is Project Steno, which focuses on enrolling students in court reporting school and getting them into the workforce within two years. Students who meet benchmarks while in school may be eligible for Merit Awards. This is not a tuition-free program. Contributions made within the United States are tax deductible.
