Delivery Capabilities

Huseby offers the most comprehensive range of transcription services in our industry, with the capability to turnaround audio as quickly as the client requests, including same-day turnaround of the full and verbatim record.

Huseby can deliver the transcript in any format you require, including Microsoft Word, PDF, .txt, .rtf, and .ptx.

If requested, hard copy deliveries can include an attached CD-R of the electronic transcript. All CD-R disks include a printed label with the file information. The disk is stored in a sleeve attached to the hard copy transcript.

Court Proceedings

Court systems across the country are moving toward audio recordings of proceedings, which require you to request a CD and have it transcribed to receive a transcript. Huseby can help, along with the capability to turnaround the transcript as quickly as you need it, including same-day turnaround of the full and verbatim record.

Meetings

Meetings are a very important part of any business, club, group, government or association, which is why it is especially valuable to keep a record. Huseby makes it easy for you to submit recordings for transcription. Services include board and annual shareholder meetings.

  • Noise reduction to reduce static and/or background noise.
  • Normalizing audio so that quiet speakers become louder, louder speakers become softer and the entire file has a more uniform volume.

Huseby takes data security very seriously and has committed significant resources to ensure our clients have the most secure data and client information in the industry. Your files are securely transmitted to us using 256-bit SSL encryption, the highest level of security available. No client information is stored on local workstations.

Data is stored in one of the most secure data center facilities in the world and has the highest security ratings for any data center company. Our primary and backup facilities are SAE 16 Type 2 certified. Internally Huseby employees are expected to protect customer, and third-party sensitive information from disclosure, and to ensure that such information is handled properly throughout the organization.
