Set SMART Goals.
Once you know your WHY, specify S.M.A.R.T. (Specific. Measurable. Attainable. Relevant. Time Bound.) goals.
Align Goals with DAILY Habits.
It is easier to track & achieve BIG goals (e.g., 12 or 18 months out) when broken down into smaller goals that become daily habits. If you miss a goal, don’t fret. You’ve got this! Pick yourself up and try it again. Just like you would do if you were becoming an RPR, CRR, or CSR.
